Can I train during pregnancy if I'm new to this?+

Absolutely. We start from exactly where you are now and build a plan that's safe and appropriate for your stage and experience. No prior athletic background required.

How soon postpartum can we start?+

It depends on your birth and recovery. We'll begin with breath, core and pelvic floor reconnection, and progress your training as your body is ready, always at your pace.

Do you coach online or in person?+

Both. Most coaching is delivered online with tailored programming and check-ins, and in person sessions are available by arrangement.

Can you help with diastasis recti or a prolapse?+

Yes. These are central to my specialism. We'll work progressively and confidently within the right boundaries to rebuild strength and function.

Do you train other coaches?+

I do. I run education and workshops for fitness professionals on prenatal and postnatal athleticism. Mention "coach education" in your message.
