Sport and exercise have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. While I was pregnant with my twins, I had to learn for the first time to take a step back and listen to the voice I'd ignored for years, the one that questions whether what I'm doing really makes sense.
After giving birth, I had a 17 cm rectus diastasis recti and realised that neither doctors nor trainers were able to provide me with the support I needed to regain my athleticism.

That realisation led me to train as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. I specialise in supporting women with athletic goals through pregnancy and the postpartum period, and in educating coaches across the fitness industry on these topics.

I've completed more than 400 hours of teacher training across Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket, Mandala Methodology and postnatal yoga.
